Inner Child Work
Reconnecting to your inner self.
Reconnecting to Your Inner Child
Your Own Time Capsule
Imagine your inner child as a time capsule. Inside are the raw, unfiltered emotions of your younger self: joy, wonder, curiosity—but also fear, shame, grief, or confusion.

These early feelings don’t just disappear with age. Often, they quietly shape how you relate to yourself and others—especially in moments of stress, conflict, or vulnerability.

Inner child work invites you to open that capsule gently. Not to dwell, but to heal. To sit with your younger self and offer what was missing.
What it's like to do inner child work:
We revisit key moments from your past—especially the ones where you felt unseen, unheard, or unloved. As a part of this type of work, we might imagine sitting beside your younger self and saying:
“You are enough, just as you are. You don’t have to prove your worth anymore.”
It's not about pretending the past didn’t happen. It’s about making peace with it.
How this work creates change:
This work helps to bridge the gap between old wounds and current patterns—things like people-pleasing, self-doubt, fear of abandonment, or emotional reactivity.
As you begin to understand the root of these responses, you gain the freedom to respond differently.
It allows you to move from surviving to living, fully and freely.
